I’ve been reblogging more photos of male models lately. There’s just been some really good images in the tags I track that’s the only reason. Realising that made me notice, a lot of the photos I’ve taken are of boys.
I thought it over because there is no real reason, I never thought to take photos mainly of males. It isn’t a physical attraction to them, I’m not in love with them. I think what I like is to create images of boys/males out of what could be seen as effeminate and try and keep them as masculine as possible. This photo of Arron could’ve been a very feminine image but I think the way I’ve taken it and the pose of Arron helps remind you that it’s very much a male. I see this photo as an extremely beautiful young man. There’s no suggestion of his sexuality, that is completely ambiguous. You could imagine this character having relations with either sex; I like that about it. I don’t create porn and I’ll never take an image for anyone’s sexual pleasure. It’s simply beautiful on a level where you respect the subject as their most basic form, male. It’s not just about there being a boy in the photo and you can tell it’s a boy. It’s about a boy being the photo and it being stupid for you to question that. I’m going on, basically I just had a deep thought about my work and wanted to share it. Maybe it’s nonsense, maybe it’s a revelation, I do know however I want to experiment some more with it.

please could you take a look at my photography page on facebook and maybe like it? It’s so embarrassing that 1 out of 20 people I have on facebook have actually bothered to look. I understand that it’s just starting out and I’ve not uploaded much but still.
:(
I need to upload some more photos but I dont have them at the moment so port 1 and port 2 are the same lol I also might pay for the premium account so that I lose the whole wix advert thing and get my own domain. What do you think :D?
